I’m excited to announce something I’ve been wanting to do for a while: monthly Grow Your Newsletter office hours for paid subscribers.

Here’s how it’ll work: I’ll be online for an hour once a month via Zoom, and you can drop in whenever it suits you. Come for the full hour, pop in for five minutes, or dip in and out as your schedule allows.

There’s no pressure to stay the whole time or even to have your camera on, just show up as you are.

The vibe will be casual and conversational. Bring questions about your newsletter, share what you’re working on, brainstorm ideas, or just listen in.

Since we’re scattered across different time zones, I’ll rotate the days and times each month so everyone gets a chance to join at a reasonable hour!

Our first call is this Thursday, December 18th at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.

It’s perfect timing to reflect specifically on how your newsletter’s gone this year, chat about plans for 2026, or just say hello before the holidays.
